In our Church we call this comunest church

This game kind of teaches salvation by works. Which is false. The part where the lost have to find the lighted cross. Scripture teaches no such thing and instead God 'finds' the lost. He chooses sinners and not the other way around. For sinners by themselves would never want to go to the cross. Eph 2:1 and Rom 9

I have not tried this but it looks like fun... and I'm not sure what all the fuss was with the other comments but I think any time we can find a teaching moment it is great...so if you don't agree with the idea of the game teach your youth why!!!

Some of these comments are so serious, lighten up! It's a game that is an example of what we do. We find the cross, but God determines when we do. So just relax... cool.

@ Boaz James 2:14-18 14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works. **We must have works...this is a great game.

Yes he does choose us...but once we are pricked in our hearts we must decide to come.God will not force any man to serve him. He tells us to come out of darkness and we have to choose whether we will obey or disobey his word.

Sounds like a great game, I see the point that it is not how Christianity really works and because of that it is an awesome stepping stone to show kids that when we take our eyes of Christ we can feel like we have to save the sinners and work towards christ.  What a cool way to show feelings are unreliable and have kids discuss truths v feelings
